Problems For Vacuum Cleanner
1. Q: After powering on, the device automatically shuts down after running for 3 seconds, with the red indicator light illuminating.
A: This indicates that the floor brush is tangled. Please clean the floor brush and try again.
2. Q: After connecting the battery to the charger, the charging indicator light does not illuminate, and the battery cannot be charged.
A: Please be sure to use the original charger.If the battery fails to charge, please contact customer service for a replacement.
3. Q：The floor brush is making unusual noises.
A: Please open the floor brush to check for any foreign objects that may be tangled around it. If the floor brush bearings are damaged to the point that the vacuum cleaner cannot function properly, you may contact customer service for a replacement.
4. Q: How to maintain the suction performance?
A: Please empty the dustbin, wash the strainer and HEPA filter with cool water, replace the HEPA filter if necessary.
5. Q: If the vacuum cleaner stops working suddenly
A: Please check if there is any blockage in the tube, or roller brush is tangled by hair.
